The Corcoran Connection has said that it accepted the listing of a Hixon Avenue property in Saint Cloud, FL where the remains of a woman were found in 2019 in order to raise funds to support the deceased’s son. The Corcoran Connection States Intentions For Accepting The Listing In Saint Cloud On Hixon Ave
She said, “"My intentions were known to all parties involved from the beginning to give my proceeds to a little boy who lost both his parents. I wanted something good to come out of his horrific situation. I knew people that worked with Nicole; went to school with Nicole and grew up with Nicole... I wanted to get the little boy something."
Nicole Montalvo was the former occupant of the listed house before she was declared missing some time in October 2019. Unfortunately, her remains were found on the property a few days later. Her death has sparked a wave of litigations and controversies with the deceased’s husband Christopher Otero-Rivera and his parents - Angel Rivera and Wanda Rivera accused of masterminding the murder.
When the house was listed for sale, The Corcoran Connection accepted it with the goal of using its platform to advertise the property at a price that would be both favorable and sufficient to offer financial support to help with the needs of the little boy who had been made a victim of the grim and disturbing situation. Kimberly Gamble, the listing agent, stated she will be giving her proceeds from the sale of the property to the little boy who has lost both of his parents.
